Cold Laser LF2 (650nm - 810nm)

Cold Laser LF2

High Power and Direct Cutaneous Application

The LF2 is a standalone, portable Class 3R laser engineered to be applied directly to the skin using an adjustable fastening strap. It features a matrix array of 33 circular 650nm lasers configured in a square layout, paired with 3 central 808nm lasers for deep, advanced therapeutic penetration.

Enhanced Efficiency: This model delivers a significantly higher laser diode density compared to the LF1, allowing it to treat larger surface target areas. The 3 central 808nm diodes operate within the non-visible spectrum to provide optimal deep tissue penetration.

The device naturally warms up during normal operation; this is not a thermal effect of the laser on the body, but a standard physical operating characteristic of the hardware componentry.

Therapeutic Fields of Application

The LF2 is exceptionally effective for profiling and managing the following conditions:

  • Systemic Body Pain: Cervical pain, back pain, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle soreness, and joint issues (knee, lumbar region).
  • Traumatology & Sports Injuries: Fibromyalgia, tendinitis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow.
  • Cicatrization & Tissue Healing: Open wounds, swelling, sprains, and sports injury rehabilitation.
  • Targeted Specific Pathologies: Prostatitis, menstrual cramps, esophagitis, mastitis, hemorrhoids.

Biostimulation Principle

Cold laser therapy acts on biological pathways without causing thermal damage to tissues. It triggers a cascade of intracellular biochemical changes by specifically targeting cytochrome c oxidase within the mitochondria. This photobiomodulation pathway increases ATP synthesis and significantly reduces oxidative stress, thereby accelerating tissue repair and mitigating inflammation.

Guidelines and Safety Protocols

EYE SAFETY: Never look directly into the laser beam emission paths. Appropriate protective eyewear is mandatory to prevent irreversible retinal damage.
  • Duty Cycles: A standard operational session lasts 15 minutes. It is highly recommended to observe a 20 to 30-minute cooling pause between consecutive uses to safeguard the integrated electronics.
  • Contraindications: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with severe hemorrhagic disorders or recent post-cerebral hemorrhage events.
  • Precautions: Avoid direct exposure over suspected cancerous lesions as a precautionary threshold (excluding post-radiotherapy clinical care). If a temporary acceleration of heart rate occurs, simply reduce the session duration.
